Cacio e pepe – New Recipe #3/2025

This is probably enough pasta for the moment. But I had leftover parmesan and pecorino romano so this was a no-brainer. It’s like an American mac and cheese but much more refined and much tastier – not sure how much healthier though.

And… d’you know. If this had ham, it would be close to a carbonara. 🤌
